What does the Onyx Ring track?+
Heart rate (continuous, 24/7), heart rate variability (HRV), sleep stages (Deep, REM, Light, Awake), body temperature, blood oxygen (SpO₂), steps, calories and distance.
How do I pick my size?+
Smart rings tend to run slightly large, so if you’re between sizes we recommend sizing down. The ring should feel snug and secure · if it slides around freely it’s too big.
Is the ring waterproof?+
Yes · rated 5 ATM. Showers, swims, hand-washing, rain and sweat are all fine. We don't recommend wearing it for hot tubs or scuba diving.
How long does the battery last?+
Up to 7 days on a single charge of the ring itself. The included magnetic charging case adds top-ups for around 60+ days of total wear between wall plug-ins.
Is there a subscription?+
No. The Qring companion app is free. Every feature on the ring works without a paid plan, forever.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?+
Both. The Qring app supports iOS 14 and later, and Android 9 and later. Sync via Bluetooth.
Which finger should I wear it on?+
Index finger is recommended · sensors sit best against the thicker, more vascular tissue there. The ring works on other fingers but readings are most consistent on the index.
