We ship worldwide — 100% free, on every order, no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days and international orders within 10–21 business days. Remote regions may take slightly longer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order hasn't arrived after 21 business days, email us at onyxring@outlook.com and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either resend your order or refund you in full.

Customs & duties

Import duties and taxes may apply for orders shipped outside Australia and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact your local customs office for details.
