Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Onyx Ring. If something’s not right, please get in touch.
Returns eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused rings in original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of rings that have been worn or used.
How to start a return
Email hello@onyxring.shop with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Sizing
Smart rings run slightly large · please use our size guide before ordering and size down if between sizes. We’re happy to help with sizing questions before purchase.
If you’ve received the wrong size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you on next steps.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a further 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-refundable items
• Rings that have been worn or used
• Items damaged through misuse or accidents
• Orders outside the 30-day return window

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
